Simon was due to fly back to Manchester on Friday 9th December 2013 after spending a few days on the Isle of Man for a business trip.
After he checked-in and sat down in the airport lounge he saw on the screen that his flight was delayed by an hour. Little did he know he was going to be waiting a lot longer.
