On the 4th August 2016, Laura and Michael were looking forward to a holiday to Ras Al Khaimah, one of the seven United Arab Emirates. Their flight was scheduled to depart at 15:05, and all was well until they sat down ready to take off.
“After sitting on the plane for around 20 minutes, we were told that there was a technical fault, but it was believed to be repairable and that we should be on our way shortly.
